COLLECTION

This Statement applies to Personal Information we collect:

  • On Brafton.ca whether on a computer or a mobile device;
  • In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and Brafton, Inc.

“Personal Information” means information about an identifiable individual, as defined under applicable Canadian privacy laws.

Personal Information does not include:

  • Publicly available information from government records;
  • Information that has been anonymized or aggregated so that it cannot be used to identify an individual;

In particular, Brafton has collected and processed the following categories of Personal Information within the last twelve (12) months:
